Yes. EHL is intentional about who joins the ecosystem. We protect the standard of WOMENSHIP™ and the experience of our members by ensuring every woman who steps in is aligned with the caliber, integrity, and ambition the environment is built on. The process is simple, but it’s not automatic.
EHL is built to develop women whether you’re walking into a live event or logging in from anywhere. Our virtual programming, app community, and signature retreats give women outside our member cities full access to the ecosystem. That said, if you are within driving distance of one of our cities, we recommend joining at The Network level. When you have in-person access to one city, your membership applies to all cities.
